Wild Honey Hunters not only provides Products of highest quality but also takes effort to deliver them to our Valuable Customers efficiently throughout India and also across the Globe, through our defined shipping policy as explained below.

Domestic Shipping Policy (Within India)

1. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days (excluding any mandatory national, state or local holidays) from the date of purchase. If there is any prolonged delay due to unavoidable circumstances, customer will be intimated about the reason for such delay and the expected date of dispatch.
2. We use different courier service according to the area of order to maximize efficiency and domestic orders delivery time varies from 4-15 working days depending on the distance and area of the service.
3. We took extra effort, developed and implemented 3 layered secure packing method to ensure breakage free delivery to our every customer.
4. After the dispatch, the delivery tracking details will be shared to the customer. Customer can use the tracking details to get the real time updates of the transit. Even though the dispatch is done promptly. The delivery time to different places exclusively depend on the courier partner and Wild Honey Hunters is not liable for the delays caused by the courier partner, yet we try and maximize the efficiency of the courier at every instance.
5. If the dispatched products are retuned to us because of the incorrect address, contact details provided by the customer or due to delivery issues, a second attempt to deliver the product will be made after verification of the contact and the address given by the customer.
6. For any changes in the orders made, kindly contact our team immediately, changes cannot be made once the order is dispatched.
7. If you are facing any problems regarding the tracking and the transit of the products, please contact our team immediately and we shall consider it as a priority issue and aid in solving the issue at the earliest.

International Shipping Policy

1. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days (excluding any mandatory national, state or local holidays) from the date of purchase. If there is any prolonged delay due to unavoidable circumstances, customer will be intimated about the reason for such delay and the expected date of dispatch.
2. By taking extra effort, we have developed and implemented 3 layered secure packing method to ensure breakage free delivery to our every customer.
3. All international shipments will be shipped through DHL. Tracking details will be given to the customer for live tracking. Delivery time varies depending on the country from where the order is made. Normally it takes 3-7 working days for international shipments to reach the customers and Wild Honey Hunters is not liable for the unforeseen delays caused by the logistical partner but we shall work with the logistics team and ensure that the delivery is made.
4. If there are any type of charges (Customs, import duty or any miscellaneous charges) imposed by destination country (customers country) is to be fully paid by the customer alone. International packages are not subjected to returns at any situation. If the customer fails to collect it, the package will be destroyed at the destination place itself.
5. Please always ensure to provide the correct contact details of the receiver, we will not make any call or mail confirmation of the purchase before dispatch. Tracking details will be sent to the given contact details and if the details are incorrect, packages will be at risk of not reaching the correct address and eventually it will be discarded by the logistics.
