If you happen to receive a damaged product, we will either refund the money or replace the product, depending on your preference. You can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to on the day of delivery. 

Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. To cancel your order, send us an email to with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
